CHEF TIM'S STORY

Chef Timothy Twiford had an idea...a really good one! And he knew this idea would bring about change. What he may not have realized was that he would change lives...

Executive Chef Tim Twiford became interested in cooking at the age of fourteen while working at the Young Republicans Club, in Wyomising, PA. As he worked throughout all stations of the kitchen with a passion for learning, he quickly discovered various techniques of cooking from Chef Brian Johnson. 

Tim’s recipes have appeared in various magazines including Bon Appetit, November 1996 (his signature Sesame Seed Crusted Scallops); Berks County Living Home, April 2005, (his Mango Glazed Salmon); and local write ups in the Reading Paper & Berks County Living have featured his Ice Carving as well as Fruit & Vegetable Carving Demonstrations. Tim is best known for his Grand Buffet designs to WOW guests and create memorable moments. His guidance and development of associates has created a very strong team that continues to raise the bar for hospitality food service excellence.

Tim resides in Sinking Spring, PA with his wife and 3 children. In addition to his passion for cooking, he enjoys surf & bass fishing, hiking and spending time with his family.
